Noteit respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users of the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and personalized services, Noteit will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. But Noteit will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, Noteit will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. Noteit will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to the Noteit service usage agreement, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Noteit Service Usage Agreement.
- Scope of application
a) When registering your Noteit account, you provide the personal registration information requested by Noteit;
b) When you use Noteit network services or access Noteit platform web pages, Noteit automatically receives and records information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information, and web page records you require;
c) Noteit obtains user personal data from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this privacy policy:
a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Noteit platform;
b) The information and data collected by Noteit regarding your posting on Noteit, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
c) Violation of legal regulations or Noteit rules and the measures taken by Noteit against you.
- Information usage
a) Noteit will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless you have obtained your prior permission, or unless such third party and Noteit (including Noteit affiliates) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the end of such services, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including those they previously had access to.
b) Noteit also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free through any means. If any Noteit platform user engages in the above activities, upon discovery, Noteit has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
c) For the purpose of serving users, Noteit may provide you with information that interests you by using your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Noteit partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
- Information Disclosure: In the following circumstances, Noteit will disclose all or part of your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:
a) Disclosure to third parties with your prior consent;
b) To provide the products and services you require, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties;
c) Disclose to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with relevant legal provisions or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, Noteit service agreements or rules, you need to disclose them to third parties;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose it to the respondent at their request in order for both parties to resolve potential rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the Noteit platform, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Noteit has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact information of its counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by Noteit in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
- Information Storage and Exchange: The information and materials collected by Noteit regarding you will be stored on the servers of Noteit and/or its affiliated companies, and these information and materials may be transmitted to and accessed, stored, and displayed overseas in your country, region, or the location where Noteit collects information and materials.
- Use of Cookies
a) If you have not refused to accept cookies, Noteit will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use Noteit platform services or features that rely on cookies. Noteit’s use of cookies can provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotional services.
b) You have the right to choose to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. But if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use Noteit network services or features that rely on cookies.
c) The relevant information obtained through the cookies set up by Noteit will be subject to this policy.
- Information security
a) Noteit accounts have security features, please keep your username and password information safe. Noteit will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no comprehensive security measures on the information network.
b) When using Noteit network services for online transactions, it is inevitable for you to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. c) 违反法律规定或违反Noteit规则行为及Noteit已对您采取的措施。
- 信息使用

g) 其它Noteit根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。
信息存储和交换Noteit收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在Noteit及（或）其关联公司的服务器上， 这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或Noteit收集信息和资料所在地的境外并境外被访问、存储和展示。
